“We have loved the Awe & Wonder Curriculum, for our study on bees, butterflies, and other pollinators!

Getting out in nature and trying to identify all the things at once can be overwhelming, so I love having a unit to give us a little direction on what to look for, how to approach it with kids.

This is such a perfect unit for homeschool families wanting to foster a love of nature, without overwhelming the parent or child. It includes a list of books to further the study, and several activities to keep it fun. I loved the encouragement and thoughtfulness behind the material, and love that we now have this as a resource.

Today, we found butterflies, a huge bumblebee, cardinals and scissortails, identified some plants like Western Ironweed and Snow on the Mountain, of which the pollinators were flocking to. We also had a discussion about the wind, it’s direction, and how it helps to pollinate as well.

It’s been the greatest unit and we can’t wait to keep learning more about pollinators!.”

“My little seedlings loved their Pollinators Nature Study curriculum by Nature Field Creative Academy. They’re bug enthusiasts anyhow, but we enjoyed pondering about pollinators in nature and learning about life cycles, metamorphosis, and habitats. I loved that this curriculum was tailored to both big and little learners. Of course, I saved the messy part for last, but besides being outdoors, the honey slime recipe was their favorite part!”

“We loved the sun study we received! Everything was laid out with an easy to find materials lists. The kids loved the activities and even my 3 year old was able to be involvedz. The only thing I hope for in the future is an option to print with an all white background to save ink. Other than that, I look forward to seeing more studies to come!”
